MOLDING PACKAGING ASSOCIATE

Primary Objective:  Sets up and operates Molding opeations line.

 

 

Major Functions and Scope:  Supports the packaging line to ensure that molding accesories are being sorted and packaged according to specifications.

 

 

  • Complies with all safety rules and procedures.
  • Responsible for assisting with the startup and operation of packaging line.
  • Identifies quality and process issues.
  • Must be able to stand for long periods of time, in an assembly line environement.
  • Make sure molding trim is placed on th machine properly, follow prcodures for packging
  • Pays attention to details , able to identify defect, and follow protocol.
  • Works well with others
  • Performs all other related duties as assigned by management
  • Able to withstand repetitive work
  • Able to stand for 8 - 10 hours

 

Education and Knowledge: 

  • High school diploma or equivalent

 

 

Experience:

  • 1 year in a manufactring environment
  • Packaging line experience helpful

 

Competencies

  • :High attention to detail
  • Verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to work with a TEAM
  • Comfortable with repetitive work
