Responsibilities: 

• Assist with sew-on
• Assist Shearing Operator
• Assist with roll-up
• Assist with slitting
• Assist with cutting cores and stocking core area
• Maintain housekeeping within the coating department
• Other various job duties assigned by the supervisor

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED equivalency is preferred
• Basic English grammar and math skills required.

• Good analytical and organizational skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage time efficiently
• Ability to be an effective team member
• Ability to communicate effectively
• Must be able to lift up to 50LBS
• Must be able to bend, stoop, stand for a 12-hour shift
