Job Description:

Support for SuccessFactors to the Global HR community; specifically focusing on Reporting, Security, Employee Central, Compensation, Recruiting, Performance, Goals, Succession, Development, and LMS.  Additionally, they will be expected to provide technical guidance on system setup/configuration, work with the HR community to define requirements as well as execute requests, and regularly participate in and/or lead projects.

Other expectations

  • Responsible for understanding HR data, how data is used within process flows, and all potential impacts to downstream systems and/or processes.  
  • Data Integration knowledge between SF modules and to SAP
  • Participation in releases through new functionality identification, impact analysis, and implementation of new functionality approved.
  • Support process owners/SMEs by providing guidance on system set up as well as tier 3 support for resolution of technical system issues.
  • Coordination of tickets escalated to 3rd party consultants and SuccessFactors for resolution of incidents and/or product issues.
  • Recommend modifications to improve service delivery or reduce costs.
  • Stimulate a culture that fosters ESS/MSS/Mobility/Digitalization
  • Able to lead a small team and work with other teams to achieve desired results



  • Masters degree or equivalent
  • Several years of experience with Successfactors
  • Knowledge of SAP benefits/payroll and Kronos is an asset
  • Project management experience



  • Willing to travel to Calhoun, GA as needed
  • Willing to work off hours as needed
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to influence colleagues and internal customers
  • Ability to solve problems quickly and effectively
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks
  • Ability to calmly resolve high risk situation
  • Ability to work hands on in systems as needed
