Manager HR Analytics

What we're looking for:

A leader who will provide people/organizational business analytics and insights for Mohawk.


What you'll do:

  • Manage global workforce analytics, forecasting and census management
  • Provide executive data analytics support for HRLT
  • Lead Global People Analytics projects and initiatives
  • Lead Global People Analytics strategy around predictive analytics modeling and prescriptive analytics
  • Optimize self-service reporting solutions and lead automation
  • Partner with People Systems and functional stakeholders to optimize data standards
  • Works with subject matter experts across the HR service areas (Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Business HR, Learning and Development and Comp & Ben) to promote data governance, and to improve overall strategic and operational performance and insight
  • Works as the key representative to the external and internal benchmarks and key surveys supporting the HR function.
  • Creating analytics culture to help to drive strategic decision making in HR and throughout the company. 
  • Problem solving by identifying, addressing and resolving data problems in an appropriate manner.
  • Scope includes all People Systems Data (SuccessFactors, Kronos, Concur, etc.)


What you need:

  • Bachelors Degree +3 years expereince or equivalent expertise in Information Technology or related field. Masters degree preferred. 
  • Five or more years current and progressive experience in Talent / People Analytics, HR Operations, Talent Management, Total Rewards, or similar field for a large global organization
  • Advanced proficiency in one or more of the following solutions: SAC, Power BI, SAP BW, Hana, and HR systems (SuccessFactors, Workday, Peoplesoft)
  • Ability to artfully convey even subtle or complex messages clearly, as appropriate for the topic and audience
  • Employee lifecycle knowledge
  • Knowledge of regulatory reporting requirements preferred
  • Strong analytical skills with predictive modeling experience
  • Ability to influence at varying levels across the organization
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and navigate in a highly matrixed environment
  • Individuals who are self-motivated and able to work with little supervision, who consistently take the initiative to get things done, do things before being asked by others
  • Experience managing global projects
  • Willingness to work in Kennesaw/Calhoun Ga, and travel as needed
