Position Title: SAP Manager - QA

  • Develop comprehensive testing strategy for complex multi-year business transformation program deploying system solutions across a variety of technologies including SAP S4HANA, GRC, SCP, Ariba, BW and HANA Enterprise;
  • Drive and lead Unit, integration, and User acceptance testing;
  • Effectively interact with various levels of users, super users, management, and corporate staff in a team-oriented IT environment;
  • Be the single point of contact for all testing phases of all project streams and the defect resolution meeting;
  • Ensure seamless and smooth coordination between various test phases;
  • Propose suitable alternate options and facilitate the final decision for test planning and test execution; and
  • Provide input to the preparation of project plan by prioritizing the work effort to ensure proper prioritization.



  • Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related discipline with a focus in Computer Science.
  • 10 years of progressively responsible and related experience.
  • 10 years of experience in EACH of the following:
    • Leading and managing projects;
    • Experience in implementation and delivery as Test Manager;
    • Experience in Testing Lifecycle, Testing Expertise, Testing Techniques, Testing Management, Architecture Knowledge, and Technical Solution Design and Quality Management;
    • Experience using automation and performance testing tools (ALM, UFT/Loadrunner);
    • Understanding and application of critical master data (Material Master, BOMs, Routing, Business Partners - Customer, Vendor);
    • Understanding and application of SAP Modules;
    • Understanding and application of SAP authorization concept and ABAP concepts along with interface concepts (BAPI, RFC, and IDOCs);
    • Experience with full system development lifecycles;
    • Analysis;
    • Designing;
    • Coding;
    • Testing;
    • Performance tuning;
    • Documentation;
    • Experience coordinating and working in an onsite-offshore environment;
    • Experience driving the offshore team for testing; and
    • Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, Project).
  • 6 years of experience as Test Manager.
  • Work from home available. Must reside within commuting distance from employer's Calhoun, GA office.
  • Requires approximately 25% travel to other company worksite locations.
  • Experience may be gained concurrently.
