Manager - Digital Strategy

What you'll do: 

· Design content marketing strategies and set tactical and strategic goals

· Undertake content marketing initiatives to achieve business goals

· Collaborate with design and writing teams to produce high-quality content

· Develop editorial calendar, delegate tasks and ensure deadlines are met

· Deliver engaging content on a regular basis and inspire team members

· Edit, proofread and improve content 

· Optimize content considering SEO and Google Analytics

· Analyze web traffic metrics and recommend best practices

· Share content through various channels, ensuring strong web presence

· Receive customer feedback and generate ideas to increase customer engagement

· Business Acumen and Lead generation

· Manage business impact campaigns

 

What you need:

· Proven work experience of 5-8 years in Content marketing

· 2+ years in management or team lead role

· Design content marketing strategies and set tactical and strategic goals

· Well versed in content marketing strategies that drive revenue

· Have exposure to multi-channel marketing that enables organizational growth

· Experience in channel campaign creation, execution, management, and reporting

· Experience in handling external vendors and the processes associated

· Editorial mindset with an ability to address audience preferences

· Hands-on experience with SEO, webmaster tools, and web traffic metrics

· Expertise in managing social media platform

· Stakeholder engagement Communication (CXOs/Top Management)

 

Nice to Have: 

· Experience in Account-Based Marketing

· Corporate and Analyst relationships
