<span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif">Responsibilities:

  • <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif">Relationship Manager
    • <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif">Serves as IS lead for resilient division partnering to drive a digital transformation connecting consumers, customers, sales, design, supply chain and manufacturing.   
    • <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif">Serves as the strategic interface with assigned business unit(s) for business technology strategy development, solution discovery, service management, risk management, and relationship management.
    • <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif">Serves as the business relationship link between business units and IT at the executive level.
    • <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif">Provides highly valued strategic consulting level support and guidance through key IT initiatives.
    • <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif">Assesses cost and feasibility of systems and applications requested.
    • <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif">Leads and aligns strategic business initiatives with the application roadmap through the strategic planning process.    
    • <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif">Review, prioritize and maintain Project Portfolios to deliver strategic value in alignment with business goals and objectives.
  • <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif">Director of Applications Development
    • <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif">Provides expert leadership and knowledge in select applications and technologies.
    • <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif">Manages the design, development, implementation and maintenance for select business functions across the organization.
    • <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif">Leads and mentors a team of developers, analysts, and consultants to deliver approved applications to schedule and budget.
    • <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif">Provides direction to the team including staff development and training, budget management, assignment of work, project and resource control, teamwork coordination and feedback on individual, project or overall program performance.
    • <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif">Monitors and reports on the status of multiple concurrent project efforts; proactively reviews and interprets performance against operating plans and standards; approves changes in plans; presents reports on project performance, changes, enhancements, scope variations, and other related matters and/or participates in key management activities and committees advising IS senior management and business unit project sponsors accordingly.

<span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif">Qualifications:

  • <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif">Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering or related discipline with an information technology focus.
  • <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif">MBA preferred or an equivalent combination of education and training that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities to perform the essential functions of the job, and In-depth technical knowledge, with hands-on experience managing systems development in new and existing computing architectures and environments; emphasis on systems preferred.
  • <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif">Experience with supply chain, logistics and manufacturing systems and processes. 
  • <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif">Experience with SAP ECC and/or SAP S4/HANA
  • <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif">Experience with SAP C4/HANA (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Commerce Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Customer Data Cloud) preferred.
  • <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif">Minimum of 5 years of full life cycle application development and implementation
  • <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif">Minimum of 4 years of experience in People/Personnel Management
  • <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif">Minimum of 4 years of experience in Project Management (planning/executing/tracking)
  • <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif">Minimum of 4 years of experience with team leadership and all its related aspects (planning, mentoring, coaching, etc.)

  • <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif">Demonstrated experience and understanding of ERP applications, strong process and analytical skills.
  • <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif">Knowledge of the principles, techniques and methodology of project management, quality management, and change management
  • <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif">Strong team management skills, leading and motivating a team that is geographically dispersed and includes contractors and off-shore resources
  • <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif">Ability to quickly identify and analyze risks & impacts and define alternatives & prioritizations to remove roadblocks. Ability to manage multiple deliverables independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif">Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to effectively exercise tact, discretion, judgment and diplomacy when interacting and/or negotiating with internal and external customers and senior management.  
  • <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif">Highly motivated self-starter.  Ability to act as an advisor on professional and technical issues with a view towards reaching decisions.
  • <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span style="font-family:"Lucida Bright",serif">Keeps informed about cutting edge technology and uses the knowledge to make informed decisions and to drive strategic goals.
  • <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span style="font-family:"Lucida Bright",serif">Develops a clear organizational strategy for achieving the business's strategic goals. 
  • <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span style="font-family:"Lucida Bright",serif">Acts as a trusted advisor and inspires confidence to support strategic objectives.  Able to promote good working relationships and thinks things through from others' perspectives.
  • <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif">Ability to work effectively in a diverse and global work group and to achieve results through global team efforts.  Ability to perform in a high-pressure environment and/or crisis and render good decisions to resolve the problems, maintain safety and ensure adherence to Corporate Code of Conduct.
  • <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif">Consistently proven ability to implement projects and contribute to concept development
