What we need:
Mohawk is seeking a Sr. Customer Experience Coordinator to provide our customers with an exceptional experience. This role will be responsible for coordinating various aspects of the customer experience, including handling inquiries, resolving issues, and implementing initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction. The Sr. Customer Experience Coordinator will also manage a variety of administrative assignments to ensure accuracy of customer and product information.
What you’ll do:
- Execute daily customer experience tasks, including calls, order processing, delivery status updates, claims, and purchase orders.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Proactively resolve customer issues and provide timely solutions.
- Coordinate communication between customers and internal associates.
- Serve as a resource for customer experience support within the team.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions.
- Perform basic analysis and apply standard procedures to solve problems.
- Assist with warehouse and inventory tasks as needed.
What you have:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Foundational experience in customer service, order management, or administrative support.
What you’re good at:
- Applying conceptual knowledge of theories, practices, and procedures within your discipline to solve problems and drive results.
- Communicating clearly and effectively, with strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Managing multiple priorities with excellent time management and the ability to multitask in fast-paced environments.
- Handling sensitive and confidential information with integrity, discretion, and professionalism.
- Demonstrating proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, to support data-driven decision-making.
