Responsibilities:

• Provide current customer specific and legal requirements associated for all our customer business needs. Maintain all system files with the most updated information.
• Maintain customer specific compliance requirements related to our customer master files and routing files.
• Review customer compliance guides and websites for new customers and changes to existing customers and distribute to all appropriate individuals.
• Maintain CPSIA test data library and provide GCC’s as required by federal law for all retail customers.
• Research and recommend corrective action for non-compliance issues.
• Correct issues with UPS/FedEx and maintain customer account numbers.
• Verification of chemical and physical testing on invoices by month and dollar value.
• Direct handoff billing.
• Provide documentation for SOX compliance.

Experience:

• Required Associate’s degree or 3 years of experience in related field.
• Required knowledge of customer information via guides/documentation and personal services. This includes customer needs assessments, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.

• Monitoring: Monitoring/Assessing provided documentation and customer websites.
• Active Learning: Understanding the implications of new information for both current and future problem solving and decision making.
• Deductive Reasoning: The ability to apply general rules to specific problems to produce answers that make sense.
