What we need:

The SAP Associate is an entry level professional that provides support to the organization's SAP landscape. This role assists in providing technical and functional support for SAP solutions.

What you’ll do:

• Assist with SAP and various applications while understanding the integrations within SAP Modules.
• Support day-to-day for SAP end-users, addressing and resolving issues in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure SAP-related incidents are resolved effectively.
• Assist with projects and assignments as part of a large work team.
• Assist in the configuration and customization of SAP modules based on business requirements.
• Support senior SAP team members to implement changes and enhancements.
• Support data migration activities and ensure the accuracy and integrity of data within SAP modules.
• Assist in the identification and resolution of data-related issues.
• Collaborate with IT teams, business analysts, and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
• Participate in SAP projects and initiatives as needed.
• Under the direction of experienced team members help to maintain accurate documentation of SAP configurations, customizations, and processes.
• Contribute to the development of standard operating procedures and knowledge base articles.
• Perform other duties as needed.

What you have:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent education and/or experience.
• 0-2 years relevant experience or equivalent education and/or experience.
• General knowledge of SAP business processes & SAP modules.
• Proficient using PC.
