What we need:

 

Mohawk is looking for a Installation Services Relationship Manger who can do more for all Mohawk Flooring North America.

 

The Installation Services Relationship Manager is primarily responsible for driving the development, implementation, and oversight management of the Commercial Sales Turnkey business, referred to as MohawkONE. This role will work directly with the Turnkey Project Management team to achieve consistently superior customer service and strong financial returns while constantly reviewing and adjusting our business strategy to solidify existing relationships and establish new business.

 

What you’ll do:

 

  • Collaborate internally to formulate strategy to increase MohawkONE business.
  • Working in partnership with the Regional Vice Presidents, Strategic Account Managers, Account Executives, and internal Project Management team, to identify and qualify new MohawkONE opportunities.
  • Support sales teams in closing and onboarding MohawkONE opportunities.
  • Maintain high-level customer relationships.
  • Develop, update and present MohawkOne internal and external presentations.
  • Comply with internal and external safety/environmental initiatives and requirements.
  • Conduct customer and site visits as needed

 

What you have:

  • Bachelor’s degree required and 5 years of relevant experience within related field in construction or flooring industry
  • Strong computer proficiency: Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Understanding of construction business including insurance requirements, contracts, liens, bonds, prevailing wage regulations and how to read architectural drawings
  • Understanding of intermediate accounting, budgeting, and finance
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Ability to self-manage projects and direct & indirect reports
  • Strong communication, verbal and written skills,
  • Commitment to company values, sustainability
  • Strong team leader

  • Excellent presentation, verbal, written, and interpersonal communications skills to effectively interact with senior management and internal / external business contacts
