What we need:
The Director SAP is a high-level leader that will be responsible for providing leadership, vision, and oversight to the SAP team to align SAP technology initiatives with business goals. This role involves strategic planning, team management, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions that align with business goals and customer needs, including strong oversight of SAP Master Data Governance (MDG) capabilities to ensure enterprise-wide data consistency and governance.
What you’ll do:
- Implement the strategic vision for the SAP landscape, aligning with overall business objectives.
- Establish and maintain SAP governance standards, processes, and methodologies.
- Ensure SAP projects adhere to organizational policies and standards.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand business objectives and ensure alignment with SAP initiatives.
- Communicate SAP project status, risks, and issues to executive leadership.
- Collaborate with SAP vendors and partners to evaluate product roadmaps, negotiate contracts, and ensure the effective delivery of services.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies in the SAP space.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement within the SAP landscape and recommend enhancements to increase efficiency.
- Implement best practices and standard methodologies.
- Perform other duties as needed.
What you have:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent education and/or experience.
- 10+ years’ relevant experience or equivalent education and/or experience.
- 5+ years of management experience.
- Functional knowledge of SAP Master Data Governance (MDG) and enterprise master data management processes.

- Demonstrated professionalism, sound judgment, and resourcefulness in navigating complex organizational environments.
