Primary Objective: Responsible for bale waste.

Major Function and Scope:

• Obtain cardboard for bays using red cardboard carts and refill as needed.

• Keep yarn waste pulled from receiving bins frequently and not let bins overfill

• Attach correct product sign on waste tubs

• Restock bay with empty waste collection tubs as needed

• Perform waste baling

• Follow all procedures for strapping, wrapping and moving to appropriate location

• Operate lift truck, pallet jack, or cart to obtain materials from storage and position in location

• Other duties as directed by management

Experience and Knowledge:

• High School Diploma or GED

• Must be able to pass a color-vision screening.

 • Must be willing and able to work night shift (12 hours)

• Must be able to follow all manufacturing, safety rules and regulations

• Follow all rules and regulations as described in company policy including attendance policy

 • Must be able to work in extreme temperatures, in an uncontrolled climate.

• Ability to work in a physically challenging and repetitive environment
