What we're looking for:
The Sr. Business Analyst is a high performing contributor that works to facilitate and support business applications and projects by utilizing strong knowledge of industry practices and standards. This role will collaborate with various departments to understand business needs, document requirements, and analyze data to inform business decisions.
What you'll do:

Perform high quality analysis consistently.

Find ways to assess and apply innovative ideas to enhance business results.

Successfully lead after-action reviews to identify, document, and share lessons learned.

Collaborate cross-functionally to evaluate technical, system, and process improvements.

Provide functional and technical support on projects, sometimes in a lead role.

Draw from prior experience, interprets facts, and identifies incomplete data/anomalies to solve problems.

Partner on the development, configuration and testing of business applications.

Work on projects and assignments as part of a large work team to support business owners.

Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform business decision-making.

Utilize tools and techniques to extract valuable information from diverse datasets.

Serve as a support provider, troubleshooting and researching with the aim of issue resolution.

Test new system modules or system improvements in cooperation with the QA Teams.

Fully understand business processes from a functional viewpoint so problems can be easily identified in the correct context and efficient problem resolution can be guaranteed.

Generate and maintain comprehensive documentation, including business requirements, process flows, and technical specifications.

Create reports and dashboards to communicate key performance indicators (KPIs) and insights.

Perform other duties as needed.
What you have:
-
Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.

4-6 years’ relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience with SAP preferred.

Experience with financial reporting tools (e.g. Analysis for Office, BI)
