What we need:

Mohawk is looking for a Sr. Process Coordinator who will assist in the monitoring of production process variables and reviewing processes for potential defects within those processes.

 

What you’ll do: 

 

  • Monitor process controls, identify internal and external defects, and determine the source of the defect
  • Assist with analysis to determine if a problem exists or occurs, and determine a permanent fix with the advisement of management
  • Collect data and provide feedback to management either on real-time production defects / issues or from a snapshot in production time
  • Actively participate in group activities and collaborates with team
  • Provide basic analysis and applies knowledge from experience or standard procedure to solve problems
  • Perform other duties as needed

 

What you have:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years’ relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience

 

What you’re good at:

 

  • Excellent communication, problem solving, and organizational skills
  • Able to multitask, prioritize, delegate, and manage time effectively
  • Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite products
  • Flexible attitude, adaptable to change, team player, and able to handle multiple projects at once
  • Intermediate knowledge of InfinityQS

  • Job requires clear close, distance and color vision
  • Ability to adjust focus and bring objects into sharp focus
  • Occasional exposure to hazardous conditions caused by noise, moving mechanical parts, airborne particles, and other conditions associated with a high-traffic production floor
  • Must be able to walk long distances and stand for long periods of time
  • Bending, crouching, and stooping may be required
  • Must be able to work in non-climate-controlled facilities
  • The work environment may be a noisy, high traffic manufacturing production floor
  • May be required to work a flexible schedule to include evening and night shifts, weekends, and holidays
  • The ability to wear personal protective gear correctly most of the day
  • The ability to lift 50 pounds regularly
