What we need:

 

The Sr Manager Marketing is a senior-level manager that proactively leads a team responsible for executing comprehensive marketing strategies. This role is responsible for driving marketing initiatives, building brand awareness, and contributing to the company's growth.

 

What you’ll do:

 

  • Manage the execution of initiatives within the segment marketing plan with cross-functional teams.
  • Manage the execution of initiatives across various marketing and platforms.
  • Lead creative development of segment campaigns and sales tools, ensuring marketing deliverables are consistent with brand standards, accurate, and integrated within the strategy across all media.
  • Lead Technical Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive technical marketing plan, including creating testing strategies, overseeing product installation demonstrations, and highlighting performance attributes. Ensure clear, compelling marketing communications that articulate technical benefits across all flooring product categories.
  • Perform competitive and internal marketing analysis to ensure plans are relevant, updated, and effective.
  • Develop defined processes and tools for ROI measurement, lead management, and follow-up.
  • Ensure marketing tools and collateral integrate into CRM and additional sales enablement platforms.
  • Collaborate with appropriate technical, legal, and other relevant resources to ensure accurate information is approved and presented in accordance with corporate, federal and/or legal guidelines.
  • Drive Sustainability Marketing Initiatives: Lead the development and promotion of sustainability-focused marketing programs, showcasing the company’s environmental commitments and product certifications to strengthen brand reputation and meet evolving market expectations.
  • Create ongoing, strategic dialogue with the Company Digital Experience team to ensure digital channels, tools, and content are accurate and relevant to the needs of the segment and corresponding user community.
  • Manage Strategic Partnerships: Serve as the primary marketing liaison with Material Bank, driving initiatives that enhance brand visibility, product accessibility, and engagement within the architectural and design community.
  • Continue to contribute to ongoing function work while overseeing the delivery of multiple projects.
  • Working towards managing deliverables through the work of others and focusing team efforts by using metrics for success.
  • Oversee Marketing Claims Compliance: Collaborate closely with the Legal team to review and validate all marketing claims, ensuring accuracy, regulatory compliance, and alignment with brand standards.
  • Follow processes and operational policies in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining cross-functional or departmental solutions.
  • Work on issues of diverse scope where analysis of situation or data requires evaluation of a variety of factors, including an understanding of current business trends.
  • Frequently interact with functional peer groups, other company divisions, or customers of the company.
  • Perform other duties as needed.

 

 

What you have:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent education and/or experience.
  • 8-10 years’ relevant experience or equivalent education and/or experience.
  • 3-5 years of management experience.
