Solutions Support Specialist

What we need:


Mohawk is looking for a Solutions Support Specialist to instill customer loyalty by ensuring that product recipients in our Commercial segment receive superior support. This position will be responsible for a range of duties related to company processing standards including quoting, estimating, pricing administration, and ensuring that documented procedures are followed.



What you’ll do:


  • Research pricing and conduct reports and audits to verify transactions and processing accuracy
  • Provide top-tier customer service by working closely with customers on their quotes and orders
  • Work closely with sales force regarding their orders and any issues they may come across
  • Handle record keeping for past and current requests and projects
  • Participate in projects and perform other duties as required



What you have:


  • Three to six months clerical experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Background in hospitality, SOC, pre-order support, or critique experience preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Demonstrated knowledge of printing and tufting procedures

  • Communicating effectivel with a wide range of individuals in written, oral, and interpersonal form
  • Driving optimization and results through analytical and planning skills
  • Engaging your emotional intelligence to be able to make decisions, problem solve, and interpret and follow policies and guidelines
  • Having a keen eye for detail to be able to catch potential issues before they arise
