Solutions Project Manager

What we need:


Mohawk is looking for a Solutions Project Manager who can do more for Mohawk by providing our customers with the best experience possible! This position will be responsible for supporting the customer experience across Mohawk’s powerful brands. Supporting internal departments will also play a huge part in this position’s day-to-day activities. 



What you’ll do:


  • Support and optimize customer interactions with knowledge of brands and products and ensure orders are handled timely and efficiently
  • Utilize customer calls to promote products and services and identify trends in customer satisfaction/dissatisfaction
  • Engage in networking to find new customers and expand business with current customers
  • Handle lifecycle of orders from the time they’re placed to the time they’re delivered
  • Coordinate and conduct customer workshops and provide training to inside sales staff



What you have:


  • High school diploma or GED and 3 years of sales experience, preferably in the flooring industry
  • Knowledge of company products, competitor’s products, and company standards
  • Knowledge of product pricing, discounts, and estimation formulas and guidelines
  • Knowledge of advanced sales techniques and concepts
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
