Create accurate digital/printed simulations of flooring products and inserting them into custom layouts and room scenes as requested using Adobe PhotoShop, Nedgraphics EasyMap, Tuft and Texcelle Software.




  • Insert flooring products in custom 2D floor plan layouts and room scenes using Adobe PhotoShop, Nedgraphics EasyMap, Tuft and Texcelle Software
  • Learn and maintain the skills to create, construct, and improve the quality of 2D Product layouts.
  • Work with internal department, Sales Representatives, and clients to achieve optimal floor plan layouts
  • Prioritize daily tasks to meet conflicting deadlines
  • Provide small and large format printouts when requested
  • Assist with any simulated product set up
  • Keep accurate and consistent records of work
  • Assist to set up standards for new virtual yarn SKUs
  • Work with Analysts to obtain and provide information required for producing requested work.
  • Utilize mathematic conversions to determine yardage calculations as it relates to flooring product layouts, pattern repeats
  • Use AS400 to look up Product Specs to produce final images
  • Perform any other duties assigned as required by management




  • High School diploma or GED equivalency required
  • High level of Adobe PhotoShop experience required
  • Proficient computer skills including Microsoft, Outlook, Word, Excel.
  • Ability to learn new software programs
  • Excellent customer service skills to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Detail oriented
  • Ability to work in high pressure situations to meet deadlines as determined by customers.
  • Able to make decisions in a clear, concise manner.
  • Excellent oral, written, presentation and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with sales reps, clients, and internal staff
  • Ability to interpret and follow verbal and written instructions, policies, guidelines and processing standards
  • Ability to demonstrate strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively
