What we need:
The Sr Solutions Coordinator is an entry-level contributor that is responsible for developing schedules and coordinating all necessary resources to ensure timely delivery of requests, orders, and customer satisfaction. This role will act as the primary point of contact and an internal processes expert for the sales representatives and customers.
What you’ll do:
- Gain understanding of company operations and industry trends; assist with identification of potential process improvements.
- Provide cross-functional support to major accounts. Apply advanced knowledge and experience to resolve, coordinate, or provide direction to ensure key company accounts receive prompt and effective service.
- May aid various customer service and account support roles.
- Act as a liaison between the Company and the account. Requires considerable adaptation in response to major accounts to achieve success.
- Interface with Credit Department, expediting shipments and account maintenance.
- Interpret orders and documentation for customers and process orders in accordance with established contracts.
- Expedite and trace orders to meet customer's needs.
- Process customer inquiry calls pertaining to Purchase Order status, provide availability and in-depth information on Products, provide pricing on applicable accounts, and expedite shipment requests.
- Compose and/or edit internal and external correspondence, reports, presentations, spreadsheets, and charts/graphs. This includes outside vendor and customer correspondence as well as confidential material.
- Establish and maintain positive business relationships, internally and externally, to promote Company goals.
- Support the Company by participating in group problem solving efforts.
- Maintain and establish appropriate confidentiality with sensitive material and information.
- Performs other duties as needed.
What you have:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
- 2+ years’ relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Certified Customer Service Specialist certification preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of Company brands and products information preferred.

- Applies conceptual knowledge of the theories, practices, and procedures within a discipline.
- Excellent communication, problem solving, and organizational skills.
- Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- High level of integrity and discretion in handling sensitive and confidential data.
- Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite products.
