Responsibilities:  

 

  • Repair needle boards for the non-woven card lines 

  • Pull used boards from the needle board rack using the needle board lift 

  • Using a small hammer and needle extractor, knock out all bad needles and replace with new needles 

  • Assist other areas of the facility as needed 

  • Complete tasks/duties assigned by supervisor 

  • Keep work area clean    

 
Qualifications:  

  • Prior experience in a production environment preferred 

  • Ability to stand for extended periods of time 

  • Ability to operate a lift truck is preferred 

  • Ability to lift-up to 50 pounds throughout an 8-hour shift. 

  • Detail oriented 

  • Self-motivated 

  • Basic writing and math skills
