What we need:
The Marketing Project Manager is a leading performer that manages marketing projects and processes. This role oversees the planning, execution, and successful delivery of marketing projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget as well as meeting high-quality standards.
What you’ll do:
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets for marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Coordinate with Marketing, Design, Content, and other relevant teams to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
- Schedule and lead project kickoff meetings, status updates, and reviews to keep stakeholders informed and engaged.
- Oversee the day-to-day execution of marketing projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards and align with brand guidelines.
- Allocate and manage resources, including team members, vendors, and budget, to ensure project success.
- Identify and address resource constraints or gaps to maintain project momentum.
- Coordinate with external vendors and agencies to secure necessary services and materials.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, milestones, and outcomes.
- Facilitate collaboration and information sharing among cross-functional teams.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
- Perform other duties as needed.
What you have:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
- 6-8 years’ relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
What you’re good at:
- Requires specialized depth and/or breadth of expertise in own job discipline or field.
- Recognized cross-functionally as an expert within one or two subject matter areas.
- Excellent communication, problem solving, and organizational skills.
- Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- High level of integrity and discretion in handling sensitive and confidential data.
- Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite products.
- Flexible attitude, adaptable to change, team player, and able to handle multiple projects at once.
- High degree of professionalism, judgment, maturity, and resourcefulness in the absence of formalized guidelines and procedures.
