What we need:
The Manager, Marketing Projects is a first-level manager that leads a multidisciplinary marketing brand experience team focused on marketing projects and processes supporting brand experience events and Aladdin Commercial marketing initiatives. This role is responsible for managing the creation, organization, and distribution of marketing event materials, assets, and resources that support brand engagement, sales enablement, and commercial marketing efforts. The position works cross-functionally with brand, product, segment, and sales teams to ensure marketing assets and event deliverables effectively support Mohawk Group and Aladdin Commercial brand visibility, customer engagement, and go-to-market strategies within the commercial flooring market.
What you’ll do:
- Lead and manage the planning, execution, and completion of marketing event and Aladdin Commercial projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless project execution.
- Collaborate with senior leadership and marketing teams to define project goals, objectives, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Develop and implement strategic project plans that align with overall marketing and business objectives.
- Identify opportunities for innovation and improvement within marketing projects and processes.
- Work closely with various departments, including Sales, Product Development, Design, and Corporate Communications, to ensure alignment and support for marketing projects.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
- Act as a liaison between Marketing and other departments to resolve issues and streamline project workflows.
- Allocate and manage project resources, including team members, budgets, and external vendors, to optimize project efficiency and effectiveness.
- Monitor and track resource utilization to ensure projects stay within budget and meet quality standards.
- Provide guidance and support to project team members to enhance their performance and professional development.
- Track and report on project progress, performance, and outcomes using appropriate tools and techniques.
- Analyze project data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Ensure all marketing projects adhere to brand guidelines, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Implement quality control measures to ensure deliverables meet or exceed expectations.
- Conduct post-project evaluations to capture lessons learned and best practices for future projects.
- Perform other duties as needed.
What you have:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent education and/or experience.
- 6-8 years’ relevant experience or equivalent education and/or experience.
- 1-3 years of management experience.
