Minimum Qualifications: 

  • Ability to view and discern similar colors. 

  • High school diploma or GED equivalency required 

  • Successful completion of on-the-job training programs.  

  • Reads and writes in standard English and proficient performing basic math calculations such as addition and subtraction. 

  • Frequently required to reach, handle, stand, walk, sit, and stoop.  

  • Occasionally required to kneel. You must be able to lift up to 50 pounds frequently throughout a 10- hour shift.  

  • Work in a normal industrial environment with inherent background noise, dirt, humidity, and temperature variations. Working conditions include hazardous or unpleasant conditions caused by moving mechanical parts, airborne particles, and noise.  

  • Requires standing more than 2/3 of time. 

 

Job Tasks: 

 

  • Operate lift trucks equipped with AS400 RF systems to receive, load, and relocate inventory.  

  • Transport pallets from storage bins to packing areas following system-generated assignments.  

  • Load vendor trucks by pulling pallets from inventory.  

  • Use handheld RF scanners to track and relocate sample pallets into inventory or designated areas.  

  • Load and unload trailers safely and efficiently.  

  • Pull pallets from bins and deliver them to packing areas.  

  • Operate equipment including Tugger, Sidewinder, Forklift, and Cherry Picker.  

  • Perform daily equipment inspections and complete required reports.  

  • Maintain housekeeping standards (removal of empty pallets, damaged pallets, and debris).  

  • Follow all company safety and quality standards.  

  • Change propane tanks as needed.  

  • Perform other duties as assigned by Shift Leads or Supervisors.
