What we need:

 

The VP Manufacturing is a senior leadership position responsible for overseeing all aspects of manufacturing operations across assigned facilities to ensure safety, quality, efficiency, and scalability. This role develops and executes manufacturing strategies aligned with business objectives and drives operational excellence across the organization.

 

What you'll do:

 

 

  • Collaborates with the executive team to develop and implement manufacturing strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Oversees plant operations, production planning, and process improvement initiatives across multiple locations.
  • Ensures manufacturing operations deliver on safety, quality, cost, and delivery targets.
  • Leads initiatives to improve productivity, reduce waste, and enhance product quality and consistency.
  • Drives standardization of processes, KPIs, and operational excellence practices across sites.
  • Partners with engineering, supply chain, and quality teams to align resources and optimize production capabilities.
  • Develops long-term capacity planning strategies to meet growth and innovation needs.
  • Oversees investment in new technologies, automation, and infrastructure to modernize operations.
  • Builds and leads a high-performing team of plant leaders and manufacturing professionals.
  • Establishes a strong culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Engages with key customers, suppliers, and partners to ensure alignment on operational capabilities and commitments.
  • Ensures compliance with regulatory, environmental, and internal standards.
  • Develops and manages manufacturing budgets, capital expenditures, and performance reporting.
  • Collaborates with the executive team to develop and implement strategic plans that align with the company's vision and goals.
  • Provides visionary leadership to drive growth and innovation.
  • Identifies and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and market expansions.
  • Leads initiatives to enhance the company's market presence and competitiveness.
  • Provides strong leadership to department heads and teams.
  • Fosters a collaborative and high-performance culture.
  • Identifies and assess risks to the company's success.
  • Implements effective risk management strategies.
  • Drives a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Leads initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Builds and maintain relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Ensures high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Performs other duties as needed.

 

 

What you have:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent education and/or experience.
  • 15+ years relevant experience or equivalent education and/or experience.
  • 10+ years of management experience
