What We Need:

The Support Systems Analyst is an established performer that will provide technical support, troubleshoot system issues, and implement effective solutions. This role will collaborate with cross-functional teams, participate in system enhancement projects, and ensure the smooth operation of our organization's critical systems.

What You'll Do:

Provide technical support and troubleshooting for system issues reported by end-users by identifying the root cause and implementing appropriate solutions.

Conduct regular system audits, performance monitoring, and capacity planning to ensure optimal system performance and identify potential areas for improvement.

Support installations, PTF’s, upgrades, patches, and failovers; support and configure independently.

Develops disaster recovery and high availability plans.

Analyze requirements, design, build, and test system components or amendments.

Adhere to defined documentation and quality standards.

Prepare for and support user acceptance testing.

Understand client business and make recommendations and technology suggestions to solve problems and improve efficiency.

Initiate follow-up actions to correct any problems or inefficiencies arising during execution of the Service Management Processes and highlight any issues or ideas of improvement to management.

Stay up to date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices related to support systems and make recommendations for system enhancements and process improvements.

Perform other duties as needed.

What You Have:

Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent education and/or experience.

2-4 years’ relevant experience or equivalent education and/or experience.

Strong knowledge of IBM Certified System.

Demonstrates strong knowledge of technical, process, and business principles as well as industry practices and standards.

Excellent communication, problem solving, and organizational skills.

Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

High level of integrity and discretion in handling sensitive and confidential data.

Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite products.
