ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Create, update and maintain purchasing agreements with strategic account end users•Complete and maintain vendor registrations, including buying group memberships•Manage contract database for all segments in Ariba including contract lifecycle requirements along with supporting documentation.•Work with legal team to negotiate terms and conditions of various types of agreements including: new agreements, renewals, extensions and rebates.•Manage strategic account profiles in 360•Submit quarterly, monthly, annual reports as directed by the contracts.•Support any addendums to existing contracts•Lead internal departments to ensure contract compliance is met and fees are paid.•Work with marketing to create formal documents for contracts as needed.•Oversee and compose RFP/RFP responses by working with internal divisions to ensure Mohawk meets all requirements of the end user in the required timeframe.•Distribute, maintain regular communications with team (e.g. Sales, Legal, MohawkOne) assign deadlines and complete RFP/RFI/RFQ•Acquire the necessary signatures for various types of submission documentation•As needed, prepare hard copy submissions for Request for Proposals•Review Mohawk landing pages to ensure proper contacts and company information is published.•Build contract pricing for initial proposals as well as modifications throughout the duration of contracts•Provide solutions for identified problems presented during business.•Serve as the primary contact for internal company divisions to ensure timelines are met.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
•Associates Degree in Business Administration, Bachelor’s Degree preferred
•3+ years’ experience in proposal writing, contract maintenance or similar area.
•Must be able to use Microsoft Office
