 What we need:

The Senior Manager Health Services is a senior-level manager that oversees activities related to health policies and services for Mohawk. This role will manage the delivery and administration of health services to ensure quality and safety and will work to promote and motivate employees to prioritize their health and wellness inside and outside of the workplace.

What you’ll do:

• • Manage the logistics and oversee the activities of on-site clinics and lead the integration of the occupational nursing staff and clinic providers.
  • Monitor and assess clinic utilization.
  • Organize, schedule, coordinate, and implement preventative care events.
  • Provide relevant and appropriate health and wellness education to enhance employee awareness.
  • Partner with Safety, Managers, and Human Resources to lead the company towards an employee-wellness focused culture.
  • Oversee and develop program goals and objectives to ensure program success through well-defined feedback and measurement.
  • Evaluate the health services' activities and provide feedback to the health team.
  • Perform other duties as needed.

What you have:

• • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent education and/or experience.
  • 8-10 years of relevant experience or equivalent education and/or experience.
  • 3-5 years of management experience.

  • Recognized cross-functionally as an expert within one or two subject matter areas.
  • Excellent communication, problem solving, and organizational skills.
  • Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • High level of integrity and discretion in handling sensitive and confidential people data.
  • Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite products.
  • Flexible attitude, adaptable to change, team player and able to handle multiple projects at once.
  • High degree of professionalism, judgment, maturity, and resourcefulness in the absence of formalized guidelines and procedures.

What else?

• • Occasional travel is required.
  • This employee will be responsible for direct reports.
