What we need:
The Sr Channel Marketing Specialist is a high performing contributor that develops and executes channel marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales through various distribution channels. This role will be responsible for collaborating with channel partners, developing marketing campaigns, and driving business initiatives.
What you’ll do:
- Develop marketing materials for merchandising, social media, sales literature, and other purposes.
- Facilitate execution of customer requests of branded materials to ensure delivery expectations are met.
- Collaborate with managers to develop and execute project plans based on defined new product launch strategy.
- Partner with cross functional teams to ensure marketing materials are accurate and align with business objectives.
- Manage campaigns as part of the strategic annual plan to expand share and pursue growth targets.
- Facilitate day-to-day marketing support for channel partners and internal Sales teams.
- Execute channel campaigns as part of the strategic annual plan to meet business objectives.
- Provide support for trade shows and sales/marketing meetings.
- Work on projects, assignments, and programs as a recognized subject matter expert.
- Make process and business decisions based on understanding of company and customer as well as industry practices, standards, and trends.
- Perform high quality analysis consistently.
· Find ways to assess and apply innovative ideas to enhance business results.
- Successfully lead after-action reviews to identify, document, and share lessons learned.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to evaluate technical, system, and process improvements.
- Perform other duties as necessary.
What you have:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent education and/or experience.
- 4-6 years’ relevant experience or equivalent education and/or experience.
- Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Spark, and Premiere.

- Requires in-depth conceptual and practical knowledge in own job discipline.
- Excellent communication, problem solving, and organizational skills.
- Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- High level of integrity and discretion in handling sensitive and confidential data.
- Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite products.
- Flexible attitude, adaptable to change, team player, and able to handle multiple projects at once.
- High degree of professionalism, judgment, maturity, and resourcefulness in the absence of formalized guidelines and procedures
