What we're looking for:
The Sr Finance Analyst is a high performing contributor who collaborates cross-functionally to influence decision-making by carrying out extensive market and financial analyses and understanding of industry practices, standards, and trends.
What you'll do:
- Support the alignment of business expenditures with industry and competitive data.
- Track and analyze key financial and operational reports to monitor and explain variances between planned and actual expenditure.
- Update and roll-out working forecasts at the end of every month to reflect the business’s plans.
- Collaborate with business teams to gather information on the budget for upcoming year, sense-check the data and incorporate it into the business-wide budgeting process.
- Become a trusted business advisor and complete ad-hoc projects and analyses as requested by business units.
- Identify and size cost-saving and revenue improvement opportunities and build business cases to pursue initiatives.
What you have:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as Finance and Economics.
- 4-6 years’ relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience in strategic finance, FP&A, or other relevant roles.
- Proven expertise in advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, the ability to build robust and flexible models, and extract and present key insights.
