Drive the future of how consumers shop the rapidly growing online Flooring category in this exciting role on Mohawk Flooring North America’s eCommerce team. This role is responsible for leading the Advanced Analytics eCommerce Team and liaise the business & BI to drive support of building automated analytics foundational tools + accelerating analytics capability across b2b2c, b2b, and owned websites. The Advanced Analytics team also drives Online Category Management to identify opportunity areas across our business, ensuring productive performance review with leadership to deliver against targets, and partnering with the business to set objective & measurable KPIs. The individual will be required to heavily cross-collaborate with advanced in-store + online sales, marketing/brand, and IT/BI teams to drive success.



Online Category Management –
Create robust web-based reporting tools & analytics from disparate data sources providing performance review on eComm channel (vs physical), customer, brand, and product type. Lead team to support preparing of Monthly and Quarterly business reviews, business recommendations, and support customer deep dives associated w eComm Joint Business Planning. Identify new category growth opportunities through the data (e.g., assortment optimization) for the teams to execute. Support and drive B2B eComm sales performance through analysis and recommendation of customer behavior data (e.g., pre/post digital platform onboard), and channel mix analysis compared to offline channels.Advanced Analytics Strategy & Capability – Build the advanced analytics team & strategy to establish capability which will accelerate eCommerce growth across b2b2c, b2b, and owned sites. Partner closely with BI/Analytics group to create new foundational tools, working to continually reduce manual effort involved with producing robust insights about the business, while improving reporting & providing input on KPI/measurement to achieve objectives. Longer term, further our capability beyond foundational through incorporating ML/AI in our daily analytical processes to accelerate prescriptive growth.

Category Experience Optimization & Web Analytics – Lead WebAnalytics team to setup and ensure owned site experience granular reporting for use in site optimization (e.g., proper deep tagging, partnering to build Adobe dashboards) creating consistent approach for our b2b2c owned sites, and b2b experience. Partner with Marketing/IT/Sales/Brand to continually optimize our experiences – arming the groups with the data and insights to analyze site performance, while driving recommendations and prioritization. Support test & learn initiatives, collaborating with the team to define success (measurable KPIs), and executing test in isolation to ensure clear learning.



  • 5-7 years experience driving and delivering success in online or omnichannel environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing; MBA Preferred
  • Strong analytical background and mindset
  • Experience building robust performance reporting + tools & visualization (e.g., Tableau/Domo)
  • Category Management experience (eCommerce / Omnichannel preferred)
  • Experience analyzing web site click stream data; Tagging, reporting, and CX optimization
  • Experience leveraging AI/ML datasets to optimize a business
  • Ability to effectively direct, supervise, and manage a team of people
  • Ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment
  • Ability to build and scale capability + best practices across cross functional teams
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, presenting to customers executive audiences
  • Strong understanding of the evolving digital landscape and how to incorporate that knowledge to building brands online
