What we need:
The Manager Sales Training is a first-level manager that works with Sales Leadership and cross-functional subject matter experts to create consistent content and messaging across all training areas of the Sales organization. This role develops and presents content through various online and offline mediums, allowing for easy accessibility by internal and external users.
What you’ll do:
- Design, plan and implement comprehensive training programs and content in conjunction with subject matters experts for sales, product, product launch, systems and processes, leadership, design, marketing, sustainability, and other disciplines for sales teams and customers.
- Be the business expert in our Learning Management System and content creation technology stack.
- Develop and implement practices that ensure the effective use of classroom, e-learning, coaching, and other training, and development methods.
- Develop and execute training modules for style guides, promotions, product education, newsletters, etc.
- Monitor content consumption and review data to prioritize reference and training content creation and adjust strategies as needed.
- Conduct performance gap analyses to determine training and development priorities for achieving business goals and adjust strategies as needed.
- Manage training content via internal and external systems including using multimedia formats, including, video, pdf, website, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, iBook, etc.
- Create and conduct onboarding activities and experiences for new hires.
- Deliver training content during in-person meetings, virtual meetings, or pre-recorded venues as needed.
- Perform other duties as needed.
What you have:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent education and/or experience.
- 6-8 years’ relevant experience or equivalent education and/or experience.
- 1-3 years of management experience.

- High degree of professionalism, judgment, maturity, and resourcefulness in the absence of formalized guidelines and procedures.
What else?
- This role will be responsible for direct reports.
- Travel may be required up to 15% of the time.
- The ability to lift 50 pounds regularly.
