Sales Training Developer

What we need:


We’re looking for a Sales Training Developer who can do more with Mohawk’s training programs and management!  We use a lot of channels to train our employees. This position will work with subject matter experts to create consistent content and messaging, as well as catapult content onto online and offline mediums for internal and external users. You’ll be the content keeper throughout its lifecycle.   



What you’ll do:


  • Work closely with internal groups and subject matter experts to develop easily digestible content and messaging for internal and external groups
  • Execute and optimize messaging effectiveness with performance strategies
  • Design learning materials to facilitate education on training programs and ensure effectiveness via tracking
  • Manage content through multimedia formats, such as video, PDF and websites, while monitoring content consumption and reviews
  • Conduct performance gap analyses to support training and development goals



What you have:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Education or related discipline
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe (InDesign, Illustrator, and/or Dreamweaver), video editing, and html/css/Javascript
  • Demonstrated knowledge of individual and group training delivery methods
  • Acquired skills in CRM and LMS, experience with SAP Litmos a plus

  • Expect to travel approximately 10% to 15% for trainings, customer visitations, etc.
