Sales Operations and Planning Analyst

What we need:


Mohawk is looking for a Sales Operations and Planning Analyst who can help Mohawk’s Resilient business unit win in the market using strategic asset planning for suppliers and manufacturing locations.


This position will serve as the key conduit between Sales, Manufacturing, Product Management and Operations to drive success.



What you’ll do:


  • Manage aggregation of demand plans for multiple product lines
  • Track performance metrics and analyses to identify opportunities and issues within S&OP processes
  • Work closely with supply planning to evaluate demand and production against inventory and other external factors
  • Facilitate monthly S&OP meetings to achieve consensus including strategic product, sales and operations activities, as well as supply plan balance and constraints/gaps
  • Develop and recommend supply and demand solutions to senior management and stakeholders
  • Identify and report significant business risks to appropriate leadership
  • Build relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure supply chain strategies support company goals while meeting customer expectations



What you have:


  • Bachelor’s degree and at least three years of work experience in planning, sales, product management, or operational analysis
  • Proficiency in Excel (VBA) highly desired 
  • Knowledge of SQL
  • Working knowledge of SAP a plus
