What we need:

 

Mohawk is looking for a Sales Analytics & Reporting Specialist I to drive performance of revenue operations by analyzing business needs, creating meaningful metrics, and designing and implementing insightful reports that provide actionable data to business owners. 

 

This position will also lead sales performance management initiatives and support the management of sales processes including commissioning, territory management, quota setting, pipeline management and sales forecasting, as well development and enhancement of dashboards for sales management and front-line sales.

 

 

What you’ll do:

 

  • Work with sales management and front-line salespersons to understand business requirements for reporting, dashboarding and metrics.
  • Upgrade and manage sales analysis including pipeline management and forecasting.
  • Understand potential by segment and market and leverage data to support business and territory planning.
  • Develop AE business plan processes that promote execution and provide success tracking and accountability.
  • Provide sales team with actionable data insights that help meet business plan targets.
  • Design, develop, publish, monitor, support and manage meaningful business metrics through reports and dashboards in SAP Analytics Cloud. Maintain report integrity with thorough quality and end-to-end testing.
  • Communicate new sales dashboards roll-out to sales teams and train on new reports.
  • Lead initiatives to streamline and automate business processes involving pricing, sales splits and commissioning.

 

 

What you have:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical field, preferably Computer Science, IS or Statistics
  • At least 3 years of job specific work experience in Sales Analytics
  • Experience creating reports in one or more of Tableau/ Power BI/ SAP Analytics Cloud
  • Demonstrated project management skills and experience; leading, organizing, planning and executing projects from conception through implementation in a matrix environment

 

 

What you’re good at:

 

  • You’re highly skilled with SQL/SAP HANA, Excel, Access, CRM systems (one or more of Salesforce.com, SAP C4C, Microsoft Dynamics) and data visualizers (one or more of Tableau, Power BI, SAP Analytics cloud)
  • You can perform in a high-pressure environment and render good decisions to resolve issues, maintain safety and ensure adherence to Mohawk’s Corporate Code of Conduct
