The Sr. Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, assessing and recruiting top talent into the organization as well as building talent pipelines for future hiring.  In this role, the Sr. Recruiter will consult with TA Manager, HR and Hiring Leaders on all aspects of the recruitment life cycle to enhance the candidate and customer experience. This role will deliver the highest level of quality customer care and service.

 

•  Executes recruiting strategies for delivering top-quality talent and meeting hiring plans

•  Assists in the development and implementation of comprehensive sourcing and recruiting strategies consistent with our company’s recruiting brand to ensure a steady stream of qualified internal and external candidates for all organizational levels.

•   Partners with hiring managers/human resources to forecast and develop staffing plans, with an eye to both current and future needs and competencies.

•   Actively source talent by utilizing job boards, including niche sites, email and cold-calling.

•   Utilize numerous networking tools to develop and grow a candidate talent base.

•   Partner closely with Recruiters and cross-functional teammates to accomplish daily business growth and placement goals.

•   Work in a collaborative team environment while being accountable for individual goals.

•   Reports to TA Manager.

 

Preferred Qualifications

•   Excellent interpersonal skills; strong oral and written communication skills; ability to naturally partner with other business leaders

•   Bachelor’s degree

•   5+ years of recruiting experience

•   Proven ability to source and land strong candidates at various levels of expertise from the region through relationship building

•   Experience with reporting and performing to basic recruitment related metrics/KPIs in order to prove ROI
