What we need:

  • This position recruits qualified candidates for entry level and skilled manufacturing positions, designs and creates recruiting advertisements on social media platforms, manages social media activity with potential candidates, job postings, and partners with human resource and operations partners to fill open positions.


What you’ll do:

  • Recruit, Source, and Process Candidates
    • Review job descriptions and create job postings and external ad copy
    • Post ads on job boards, online application system.
    • Contact potential candidates
    • Conduct candidate screenings with internal/external candidates
    • Present qualified candidates to and set interviews for hiring managers
    • Correspond with candidates not slated to be interviewed
    • Coordinate interview schedule with top candidates and hiring manager.
    • Conduct follow up reviews of candidates with hiring manager
    • Coordinate offer letter, background check, etc
    • Correspond with top candidates not selected for position.
  • Manage Social Media Platforms for Recruiting and Employment Advertising Purposes
    • Create and manage job postings across various social media platforms
    • Initiate and monitor employment advertising campaigns
    • Partner with FNA Communications team for artwork, logos, photos, videos, and to ensure brand integrity
    • Manage social community engagement including responding to comments, messages, and contacting potential candidates.
    • Strategize on how to increase engagement and return on investment for social media ads
    • Recruit and process candidates sourced from various social media platforms.
  • Ensure that all candidates are in applicant/employee tracking system for EEO/AA tracking.
  • General administrative duties. Other duties as needed.


What you have:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field and 3+ years in recruiting or staffing OR 6+ years and the combination of education and experience to successfully accomplish the essential duties of the job.
  • Experience with Marketing/Communications preferred
  • Experience with social media postings, ad campaigns, and community management
  • Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office and experience with/ability to function applicant tracking systems
  • Knowledge of or ability to learn employment laws, regulations, and guidelines
