What we need:


Mohawk is looking for a Lean Analyst/RPA Developer who can do more for Mohawk’s Supply Chain Organization by scoping, designing, developing, and deploying software automation solutions.


What you’ll do:


  • Design and implement complex RPA process solutions in accordance with standard RPA best practices, design principles, and standards. 
  • Interface with teams to define automation requirements and feasibility, across multiple functions.
  • Configure RPA processes, using core work-flow principles that are well-structured, efficient, sustainable, scalable, and user-friendly.
  • Perform all technical aspects of RPA development using the Microsoft Power Automate platform, and other technologies such as API calls, Python scripting, and SQL. 
  • Identify, track, and monitor project deliverables to ensure successful project completion.
  • Provide continuing support to internal customers and existing processes as well as implement change requirements as part of a well-defined change control process in Clarizen.
  • Facilitate training workshops on process automation.


What you have:


  • Undergraduate or Master’s degree in business, IT, engineering, mathematics, science, or other relevant discipline
  • Strong understanding of RPA (experience with Power Automate preferred)
  • 1-3 years experience in mapping processes and implementing automation tools,  ideally Power Automate, Smartsheet, Jotform, and Power BI for analysis.
  • Ability to write basic SQL and Python scripts preferred.
  • Problem-solving, process mapping, and time management skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and with teams
