What we need:

 

Mohawk is looking for an Ecommerce Manager who will drive the future of how customers shop for flooring in our rapidly growing online channels. This role is responsible for creating and maintaining best-in-class digital experiences for our consumers and customers while driving business growth through those experiences.

 

This role is a high-impact driver of the company’s online digital and eCommerce strategy and will help identify opportunity areas across our business, ensure productive performance review with leadership to deliver against targets, and partner with the business to enable objectives & measurable performance indicators.

 

What you’ll do:

 

  • Program Management – Manage various consumer and customer-facing digital experiences. Serve as an advocate for both internal (business) and external (customer) stakeholders, helping them to prioritize their needs in an agile environment to deliver short and longer-term customer and consumer satisfaction. Communicate with stakeholder and leadership teams regularly to present completed enhancements/fixes.
  • CX Design & Optimization – Continually optimize the digital experiences, leveraging inputs from clickstream data, Customer Satisfaction detail (NPS), and external best practices. Work closely with IT and UX/UI design teams to gather requirements, create site maps/user flows, and provide feedback on the design before implementation. Manage test & learn roadmap, partnering with Advanced Analytics team to measure and IT/Biz Ops/Customer Service to execute. Drive long-term experience design vision incorporating personalization, new merchandising strategies, and AI to improve convenience & conversion.
  • Digital Experience Maintenance & Management – Collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously manage stakeholder feedback and aid in troubleshooting. Work closely with project management and IT teams to route and prioritize stakeholder requests, replicate issues, and coordinate and assist in UAT efforts. Communicate the completion and delivery of work to stakeholder teams. Report on previous development efforts and utilize this reporting to plan for future initiatives. Learn how to utilize the various systems in the digital ecosystem to assist with manual corrections (to product data, etc.) when necessary. 
  • Digital Performance – Support delivery against business targets: Traffic, Engagement, Revenue, Satisfaction, Customer Adoption/Retention, and Business savings.

 

What you have:

 

  • 3-5 years experience managing and driving digital business
  • Experience analyzing website analytics data
  • Experience working with IT to drive site development. Able to speak technical langauge to meet with developers and translate requirements.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing; MBA Preferred
  • Strong analytical background and mindset
  • Demonstrated success delivering against business objectives
  • Understanding of the evolving digital landscape and how to incorporate that knowledge into building a business online

Preferred

  • Customer Experience/website management experience
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, presenting to customers and executive audiences
