Primary Objective:

  • The day-to-day planning and execution of tactical activities and projects in support of the company’s marketing strategy.



  • Manage all projects for marketing related to the Laminate category
  • Work with PD and PM on creation of programs
    • Create samples and merchandise program
    • Prepare SCA for each program
    • Create and manage cost budget for each program as related to yearly budget
    • Work with Purchasing group on sending out bids based on projects
    • Manage purchasing process through the Purchasing group with regards to timely bid requests, purchase requests and purchase orders
    • Calculate material needed for samples and TM samples
    • Placing orders for sample material
    • Manage any issue related to product (Belgium or US production) or sample (sample maker) and elevate to upper management if it will disrupt timeline of launch
    • Maintain deadlines and launch dates based on market needs
    • Creation of collateral and sell in kits and other items for sales team (coordinate with sales, based on channels)
    • Create timeline for projects, including product, samples, merchandising, launch to TM and launch to market
    • Work with customer service on knowing when product and samples have arrived and coordination of shipping to customers (along with sales)
    • Prepare weekly launch reports on projects based on current and active projects
    • Manage acceptable levels and work with sales and upper management on reorder along with purchasing
  • Manage all channels (except Commercial)



  • At least two years of experience in the Marketing field, preferably in the flooring industry
  • Bachelors Degree required
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Power Point
  • Number-oriented individual
  • Able to travel at least 20% of the time.
  • Able to work independently
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong team player
