Primary Objective:  

Drive the business of how customers shop the rapidly growing online Flooring category in this exciting role on Mohawk Flooring North America’s eCommerce team. Manage MHK's digital Residential B2B experience and business. Deliver competitive advantage in making it easy to business with Mohawk through digital, while delivering against incremental growth, customer adoption, customer satisfaction (NPS) and business saving targets. The individual will be required to heavily cross-collaborate with advanced analytics, marketing/brand, Customer Service, Business Operations and IT dev teams to drive success.

 

Duties & Responsibilities:  

Program Management – Manage the Residential B2B digital experience to create an easier way to do business with Mohawk. Prioritize business and customer needs in an agile environment to deliver short and longer-term customer satisfaction.

CX Design & Optimization – Continually optimize the digital experience and platform leveraging inputs from click stream data, Customer Satisfaction detail (nps), and external best practices. Manage test & learn roadmap, partnering with Advanced Analytics team to measure and IT/Biz Ops/Customer Service to execute. Drive long term B2B experience design vision incorporating personalization and AI to improve convenience & conversion. 

Digital P&L Management – Deliver against business targets: Revenue, Satisfaction, Customer Adoption/Retention, and Business savings targets. Drive margin impact, reinvesting the savings to drive further adoption with unique digital B2B program incentives.

 

 

Experience & Skills Required:  

  • 4-5 years experience managing and driving digital business
  • Experience analyzing web site click stream data
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing; MBA Preferred
  • Strong analytical background and mindset
  • P&L management and demonstrated success delivering against business objectives
  • Understanding of the evolving digital landscape and how to incorporate that knowledge to building business online

  • CX/Site design experience
  • Experience working with IT to drive site development
  • Ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment
  • Ability to build and scale capability + best practices across cross functional teams
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, presenting to customers and executive audiences
