What we need:


Mohawk is looking for a Logistics Business Analyst who can do more for Mohawk Flooring North America’s supply chain operations, driving efficiencies through analytic practices, opportunity assessments, data management and predictive analytics.


This position will assist with developing operational business plans with actionable reporting and serve as a liaison, providing financial and statistical reports, data and analytical support for corporate and regional operations and transportation management.


What you’ll do:


  • Provide analysis on operational KPI’s and business opportunities to assist in managerial decision-making.
  • Develop appropriate measures and benchmarks to monitor performance.
  • Conduct comparative and scenario analyses of current and potential network flows.
  • Develop reporting processes using multiple data sources and SQL/Python scripts.
  • Participate in forecasting through evaluation of current delivery volume and projected sales.
  • Establish and maintain an effective system for analyzing operating performance against planned goals and objectives. 
  • May provide leadership and work direction to project teams and junior team members.


What you have:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Finance or related discipline 
  • At least 3 years of job-specific work experience with demonstrated professional growth and achievement. Supply Chain / Logistics experience strongly preferred
  • Advanced skills in finance and business-performance analysis and modeling. Experience with SQL / Python strongly preferred
  • Advanced project management skills, working with others across multiple reporting and organizational lines

  • Expect to travel locally and throughout the U.S. as part of your job 10% or less.

  • The base salary is in the mid $80,000 range.
