What we need:

The Finance Analyst is an established professional who will support Mohawk’s Go-To-Market objectives by assisting the Deal Desk Finance team in strategically driving profitable volume growth and evaluating potential customer and builder deals. This role will also support the setup and streamlining of processes for field sales teams and perform ad hoc analyses as needed. 

What you’ll do:

• Partner with product and sales teams to understand deal life cycles.
• Review proposals and contracts for reasonableness and accuracy.
• Collect and synthesize data from various teams and databases on a regular basis.
• Build financial models and forecasts.
• Conduct root-cause variance analysis.
• Track the status of RFPs and contracts, follow up with relevant teams, and escalate issues when necessary.
• Maintain and monitor KPI reporting.

What you have:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent education and/or experience.
• 2-4 years of relevant experience or equivalent education and/or experience.

What you’re good at:

• Excellent communication, problem solving, and organizational skills.
• Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• High level of integrity and discretion in handling sensitive and confidential data.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Smartsheet.
• Experience with SAP and SAC Analytics preferred.
