What we need:

 

The Director Finance is a high-level leader that oversees finance and accounting activities. This role involves strategic financial planning, budgeting, financial analysis, and compliance with accounting principles and regulations.

What we need:

The Director Pricing is responsible for leading the strategic execution of pricing initiatives across all business units and sales channels, ensuring alignment with commercial goals and operational excellence. Theywill drive the implementation and optimization of pricing systems, processes, and analytics to support margin growth, market share, and customer retention.

 

What you’ll do:

  • Oversee the application of pricing strategies in-market, including quoting, negotiating, registering, and enforcing prices across sales channels.
  • Drive enhancements and adoption of pricing management systems (Pricefx, SAP, Vistex), including workflow automation, dashboard development, and data integrity.
  • Maintain and improve operational dashboards, key controls, and reporting tools to support sales and product management teams.
  • Ensure real-time pricing data validity and support training on profitability, negotiation tactics, and price point monitoring.
  • Enhance reporting and analytics capabilities to inform pricing decisions and standardize measurement of pricing KPIs.
  • Partner with product management, sales, and analytics teams to align pricing tactics with business goals, customer segmentation, and product lifecycle strategies.
  • Establish and maintain governance processes for price change requests, mix impact analysis, and price leakage tracking.
  • Support the evolution of pricing architecture, including value-based pricing, machine learning, and AI-driven solutions.
  • Contribute to long-term transformation initiatives and organizational capability building.

 

What you have:

  • Proven experience in pricing strategy, price management, or commercial operations within a complex, multi-channel organization.
  • Strong technical proficiency with pricing systems (Pricefx, SAP, Vistex) and analytics platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive change in a fast-paced environment.
  • Advanced analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision making.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • 7–10 years of relevant experience in pricing, business analytics, or revenue management, including proven team leadership and cross-functional collaboration
