What we need:
The Director Pricing is responsible for leading the strategic execution of pricing initiatives across all business units and sales channels, ensuring alignment with commercial goals and operational excellence. They will drive the implementation and optimization of pricing systems, processes, and analytics to support margin growth, market share, and customer retention.
What you’ll do:
- Lead day-to-day pricing operations across channels, including quote execution, price maintenance, exception handling, contract alignment, and in-market price accuracy.
- Own the administration, optimization, and adoption of pricing platforms and supporting workflows, including Pricefx, SAP, and Vistex, to improve process efficiency, control, and scalability.
- Manage core pricing controls, dashboards, and operational reporting to monitor execution performance, identify issues, and support timely business decisions.
- Ensure pricing data integrity across systems through disciplined governance, validation routines, issue resolution, and ongoing process standardization.
- Deliver reporting and analytics that support price realization, leakage identification, KPI tracking, and continuous improvement in pricing execution.
- Partner with Sales, Product Management, Finance, and IT to translate pricing strategy into operational processes, tools, and field execution.
- Establish and maintain governance for price changes, approval workflows, audit readiness, and policy compliance across pricing processes.
- Support pricing capability development through user training, process documentation, SOPs, and change management for new tools and operating models.
- Lead operational improvement initiatives that simplify workflows, reduce manual work, and strengthen pricing execution across the organization.
What you have:
- Proven experience in pricing strategy, price management, or commercial operations within a complex, multi-channel organization.
- Strong technical proficiency with pricing systems (Pricefx, SAP, Vistex) and analytics platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive change in a fast-paced environment.
- Advanced analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision making.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 7–10 years of relevant experience in pricing, business analytics, or revenue management, including proven team leadership and cross-functional collaboration
