What we're looking for:
The SAC Business Analyst is an established performer that works to facilitate and support the SAP Analytics Cloud financial application and projects by utilizing strong knowledge of industry practices and standards. This role will collaborate with various departments to understand business needs, document requirements, develop financial models, and analyze data to inform business decisions. We are looking for a candidate to build solutions that enable complex integrated financial modelling, to automate the current process, improve forecast accuracy and enable analytics.
What you'll do:
- Manage and maintain SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) and its various functions.
- Establish and manage connections between financial systems: SAC, SAP, SAP S/4 HANA, and Oracle Hyperion
- Collaborate with various departments to understand their requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Develop and build stories and models in SAC to support systematized financial planning.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy across all integrated systems.
- Provide training and support to end-users on SAC functionalities and best practices.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
- Stay updated with the latest SAC features and enhancements to leverage new functionalities.
- Document system configurations, processes, and procedures.
- Generate and maintain comprehensive documentation, including business requirements, process flows, and technical specifications.
- Create reports and dashboards to communicate key performance indicators (KPIs) and insights.
- Perform other duties as needed.
What you have:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred (Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, other)
- 2-4 years’ relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience with other CRM applications desirable; SAP preferred.

- Demonstrates strong knowledge of technical, process, and business principles as well as industry practices and standards.
- Excellent communication, problem solving, and organizational skills with financial partners.
- Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively under pressure.
- High level of integrity and discretion in handling sensitive and confidential data.
- Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite products (Expert Excel) and SQL, Python, Power-Apps.
- SAP Analytics Cloud and SAP S/4 HANA experience.
- Understanding of Financial Statements preferred.
- Competencies in dashboarding, financial modelling, user-interface development, and change management
