What we need:

Drive the future of how consumers shop the rapidly growing online Flooring category in this exciting role on Mohawk Flooring North America’s Digital and eCommerce team. This role will assist in enabling a data informed culture primarly through helping create measurement plans and generating Digital and eCommerce performance reports through BI tools. This role will work to promote data driven marketing, media, and experience strategy working with the Analytics Manager and other cross-functional teams. The individual is also responsible for optimizing capabilities with a focus on Reporting, Visualization, Web Analytics, Experimentation, and Emerging Analytics Technologies.

 

What you’ll do:

  • Generate Reporting and Omni-Channel Dashboards – As a post-tracking support, this individual will aid the Digital and eCommerce team and other cross-functional teams in creating dashboards and reporting to support our brand initiatives. The role will be responsible for but not limited to: templatizing ongoing performance reports, constructing dashboards allowing for analysis of our marketing and website initiatives, and helping generate reports that demonstrate action-oriented insights. This role must be able to mine and analyze data while pulling out insights in a digestible format to clearly communicate goals, KPIs, predictions, and optimizations.
  • eComm Platforms Analytics Support– Alongside knowing the operations and capabilities of the Analytics platforms (i.e Google and/or Adobe Analytics), this role will assist in investigating and the application of the analytics available in the other Digital and eComm team platforms and systems. The role will offer optimization and efficiency suggestions for current reporting workflow and processes while working in the depths the Digital and eCommerce data platforms. The individual will activate optimization opportunities working with the Analytics Manager/s.
  • Assist in Website / Data Tracking Plans for Measurement Success – Partner cross-functionally and with the Analytics Manager to drive tracking initiatives to support business goals, ultimately driving the performance of master brand sites - pergoflooring.com, mohawkflooring.com, and/or karastan.com – as well as Mohawk’s B2B sites. Includes recommending and aligning on measurement plans with cross-functional stakeholders (such as IT, Brand, Product, etc.) and our external tracking partners. The role should bring forward new approaches to data collection and measurement, and have the ability to speak confidently about analytics and data management. Measurement success will be translated via dashboards and reporting tied to this role.
  • Document and Project Manage Tracking Requirements – A component of the role will be comprised of ensuring proper documentiaion is created and maintained for clearly outlining eCommerce website’s tracking plans. The individual will be responsible for prioritizing tracking requests from other teams and effectively communicating the project expectations and timelines. This individual must hold at least a basic-level skillset of website tag implementation, be extremely detail-oriented, and be capable of translating complex tracking concepts into simplistic terms.

What you have:

  • 2-4+ years experience in media or digital marketing doing analytics work
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing/Data Analytics/Statistics Preferred
  • Well versed in web analytics platforms
  • Comfort managing large, complex, disperate data sets
  • Familiarity with marketing mix modeling/attribution analysis is a plus
  • Knowledgeable on 1st, 2nd, and 3rd party audiences, a plus
  • Experience in ad-serving tools preferred
  • Shaping brand measurement across the customer journey
  • Experimentation, test & learn methodology
  • Proven record of building and maintaining clear reporting using visualization tools like PowerBi, Tableau, Domo, etc
  • Ability to tell a compelling story with data and to develop insights with limited data sets in a short amount of time
  • FMCG/CPG eCommerce experience preferred
  • Creative problem solving is second nature
  • Ability to clearly explain complex ideas to multiple audiences and respond to questions
  • Ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment
