2nd Shift    2pm - 10:30 pm

 

Primary Objective:  

Responsible for troubleshooting issues that arise and support the operation as needed.

 

Major Function and Scope:

•             Use AS400 to access order history

•             Manage all problems from order pullers

•             Search SU92 for old or lingering pallets

•             Prioritize and assign work for material handlers/floor pickers

•             Deals with Q6 or canceled orders and notifies inventory of adjustments needed

•             Troubleshoots issues involving Scanners/RF units/ computers and other hardware

•             Runs operation while team lead is not available

•             Builds and assigns HD SID work/orders

•             Keeps the HD SID tracker (excel) updated

•             Ensures all go-backs/mis-picks are added back to correct locations

•             Attend any job-related training deemed necessary by supervision

•             Follow all established standard operating procedures

•             Perform general housekeeping duties as necessary

•             Perform other tasks assigned by management - which may include but are not limited to: picking, packing and box making

 

Type of Experience and Knowledge:

•             High School Diploma or GED required

•             1 year of manufacturing experience preferred

Competencies:  Describe the specific skills required for this position in terms of technical, managerial, interpersonal skills and unique abilities.

•             Working knowledge of computers: AS400, Windows 7

•             Working knowledge of Imec and Sato printers

•             Ability to read and write English

•             Must have demonstrated communication skills

•             Must have demonstrated willingness to work overtime

•             Must be familiar with LTO functions

•             Ability to effectively prioritize and assign job task

•             Must have demonstrated the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while making last minute judgement calls

•             Ability to make quick last minute judgement calls

•             Must have demonstrated leadership ability
