Job Objective:
The Supply Chain Coordinator is an entry-level contributor that provides administrative support to the department and ensures that the end-user/client is properly serviced according to job site delivery agreements and/or requirements.
Duties and Responsibilities of the Position:
- Research, organize, report, and conduct analysis to determine division/department needs and resources by assisting with planning, forecasting, and budgeting.
- Assist the department by providing metrics, trend tracking, and forecasts for future planning.
- Interact/communicate with various departments and internal and external customers.
- May work directly with customers to analyze, resolve, and troubleshoot issues.
- Work with various supply chain software systems to solve common issues, preform tests, and software usability for the department and customers.
- Establish and maintain departmental records, data, and filing systems.
- Provide support for order management and other various activities for the department.
- Gain understanding of company operations and industry trends and actively participate in group activities and collaborate with team.
- Provide feedback to management regarding department enhancements and process improvements.
- Perform other duties as needed.
Required Experience and Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent education and/or experience.
- 0-2 years’ relevant experience or equivalent education and/or experience.
Competencies:
- Applies conceptual knowledge of the theories, practices, and procedures within a discipline.
- Excellent communication, problem solving, and organizational skills.
- Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- High level of integrity and discretion in handling sensitive and confidential data.
- Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite products.
