What we need:

Receives various products into warehouse and prepares for stocking and shipping. Ensures downloading of raw materials into their assigned storage locations.

What you'll do:

•Loading the correct materials into their hoppers
•Quality assurance tasks such as emptying dust collectors and vacuum canisters
•Downloading raw materials from bulk carriers in a prompt manner
•Reporting low inventory on materials needed for production
•Opens crates and boxes and inspects product.
•Applies labels to product according to established procedures
•Verifies shading of product and places into accurate warehouse location
•Monitors equipment or processes and reports problems to supervisor
•Completing periodic maintenance and taking batch samples as instructed
•May be required to operate powered industrial trucks/equipment such as lift trucks, etc.
•Attend any job-related training deemed necessary by supervision
•Follow all established standard operating and safety procedures as well as company policies
•Perform general housekeeping duties as necessary
•Perform other tasks assigned by management

What you have:

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Lift Truck Certification preferred
• Successful completion of all required on the job training
• Successful completion of all required health and environmental safety training
• 0 -1 year of previous distribution/warehouse experience

•May require bending, squatting, climbing, and other physical movement for long periods of time
•Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds frequently
•Working around moving equipment and in an industrial environment
•Working in an environment where there may be regular exposure to chemicals, noise from machinery, dust, fumes, and variable temperatures
